Something Creative | Something Architecture | Something Beautiful

This image is sent in a one-point perspective that is set in large scale allowing the viewer to have a more realistic engagement with the image. With just the use of graphite pencils and various sketching techniques this 1.5 x 2 meter piece of drawing successfully grabs the attention of viewers. The stairs leading to the nature brings about the idea of merging reality and fantasy simultaneously providing ambiguity to which one is the fantasy or reality; the inside or outside of the frame.

Foster + Partners, City Hall 1998-2002 is a contemporary piece of extraordinary architecture. F+P's use of glass and metal as a core material for construction provides a futuristic look that is eye-catching. As a contemporary piece placed in the center of London it stands out from the other traditional buildings that surrounds it. City Hall also contains a cooling system that will prevent the 'greenhouse effect' that happens when sunlight is shone through glass panels which allow people to be comfortable as they walk in the enclosed building. The geographical location of City Hall was also thoroughly thought out occupying a strategic position on a cultural route.

This photograph portrays an interesting image; a letter formed from the Sun and the light emitted from the Sun. This is accomplished due to the reflection as well as the specific angle the Sun is positioned at. This picture is beautiful as in is a moment that i captured only at a certain angle as well as time of the day. It gives off serenity and calmness. The photograph can also depict various meanings to different people instead of giving of representing a specific meaning that further grabs interests.
